My case was complicated in that as a 40 year old overweight male, I needed rehabilitation from multiple injuries to the neck, shoulders, ankle, back, and chronic stiffness issues, and was also challenged by a fear of returning to training after some failed attempts resulting in breakdowns. Sedentary lifestyle and intense office hours and travel stresses for work added another layer of complexity. I have had 2 years of unsuccessful efforts involving various routines of weekly physiotherapy, weight training, drug therapy, yoga, and nutritional interventions -- all resulting in very temporary results and eventual breakdowns after only a few sessions at the gym. I turned to Eduard as a last ditch effort to prevent upper back surgery. One month in and my life has already changed dramatically. Eduard\'s biggest strength is his ability to listen and diagnose complex combinations of bodily stressors, select the right mix of approaches, and develop an effective routine and sequence of exercises, adjusting the level of intensity more maximum impact. In my case this involved a mix of machine assisted weight training, basketball drills, HIIT, running, and yoga poses targeting \"body opening\" and rotational and lateral flexibilities. Sequencing these routine across the day interspersed with office based mobility drills such as repique and foot stool flexes etc., has allowed my body to experience a far more dynamic range of motion and carefully guided strengthening of the muscles. So far, this has been my most successful return to training with more confident control over pain management and stiffness. Its been one and a half months and not only have I thoroughly enjoyed the process but have also regained significant mobility and strength in all my joints. Eduard has been available throughout to guide the process adjusting routines to match facilities at my somewhat run down gym. He has also taken a keen interest in tracking my progress tweaking exercises to respond to subtle changes in my body composition and muscle health. He is a very knowledgeable, holistic, and intuitive trainer with considerable skill and the diagnostic eye and precision of a surgeon.
